This is our refund and returns policy

You have the opportunity to return or exchange products you’ve purchased from Myntra for any reason within the allotted return/exchange timeframe (see the product details page for this information). You are welcome to try a product on, but all we ask is that it be kept undamaged and in its original packing and condition, together with the tags. If a seal tag was included with the goods, make sure it is still attached and undamaged to prevent any problems in the event of a return or exchange. You can return the item to us in one of two ways:

Pickup: We provide a free pick up service in the majority of sites. When you submit a return request, a pickup option will appear.

If we don’t provide a pick-up at your area, self-ship is an option. As long as the merchandise complies with the return policy and you have provided us with a scan copy of the courier receipt, we will repay the delivery expenses in the form of Shivji Enterprise credits in such circumstances.

Our delivery agent might inspect the return during Pick Up. If the pick-up goes well, we will start a doorstep refund for the returned amount into the refund mode chosen when the return request was first made. Some pin codes might not be eligible for this doorstep refund, in which case the reimbursement will start once the merchandise has arrived at our warehouse and passed a quality check. If the product that was picked up fails the quality inspection, we will mail it back to you. You will receive a replacement item free of charge if you decide to exchange the item due to a size mismatch or receiving a damaged item. All exchanges, however, are contingent to stock availability and the suitability of your address for an exchange. In the event that you decide to exchange an item, our delivery representative will both bring the new item to you and collect the old one from you. Please be aware that, subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange, we give you the choice to swap products you’ve purchased from Shivji Enterprises for identical or different sizes in the same style, or for any other item from Shivji Enterprises of equal or different value, within the given exchange time.

This Policy is subject to the RULES and EXCEPTIONS listed below:

You cannot replace or return Swarovski, precious jewellery, Rayban sunglasses, socks, briefs, shapewear bottoms, lingerie sets that include briefs, swimwear, mittens, or wristbands.

Some items, such as expensive jewellery, watches, and particular products that are prone to damage, can only be returned or exchanged for a short period of time. Sherwanis, for example, can only be exchanged, not returned. To find out how many days after delivery a product may be returned or exchanged, please check the product detail page.

We handle returns for some lingerie, sleepwear, and innerwear goods differently due to their intimate nature. Pickup service won’t be offered since only self-ship returns are permitted for these items. Additionally, some things cannot be returned or replaced.

All things being returned or exchanged must be brand-new, unused, and complete with all original labels and packing (shoes, for example, must be put in the original shoe box).
